CollegeROICalc operates strictly as a static educational web calculator. We do not host user-generated content, public comment forums, community file uploads, social sharing feeds, or user media libraries. All materials on this site consist of our proprietary code and editorial analysis, combined with public domain government datasets from the U.S. Department of Education and Bureau of Labor Statistics.
1. Copyright Ownership & Public Data Attribution
Proprietary Site Content: The unique software scripts, user interface designs, custom SVG charting components, educational explanations, and branding elements appearing on CollegeROICalc are the copyrighted property of CollegeROICalc, all rights reserved.
Federal Public Domain Data: Numerical salary figures and institution tuition averages referenced throughout the calculator are compiled from official public domain records produced by the U.S. federal government:
- U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard: Field-of-study median early- and mid-career earnings data (public domain).
- U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS): Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) national medians (public domain).
- National Center for Education Statistics (NCES IPEDS): Published national tuition, fee, and living cost averages.

Although CollegeROICalc does not operate a user content hosting service, we take claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid notices pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)).

4. Counter-Notification & False Claims Warning
