CollegeROICalc provides a free, client-side web application designed to help students, families, and counselors model the financial dynamics of college degrees. The calculator compares estimated cost of attendance, family contributions, and student loan debt amortization against early- and mid-career median earnings by academic discipline, utilizing publicly available federal datasets from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard, Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), and NCES IPEDS.

You agree to use CollegeROICalc only for lawful, personal, educational, or professional counseling purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use any automated scraping tool, bot, spider, or script to scrape, crawl, or mass-harvest data from the Website in a manner that degrades performance or exceeds reasonable human usage.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the security, integrity, or network availability of the Website and its hosting servers.
• Misrepresent outputs from CollegeROICalc as official institutional endorsements or official financial aid awards from any university or government agency.
• Frame, mirror, or embed the calculator within another commercial product or service without clear attribution and express prior consent.

The software, visual design, custom SVG charts, branding elements, typography tokens, editorial text, and code comprising CollegeROICalc are the proprietary intellectual property of CollegeROICalc and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Public domain federal datasets utilized by the calculator (including College Scorecard field-of-study earnings, BLS wage tables, and NCES IPEDS tuition figures) remain in the public domain and are cited accordingly.

The Website may include third-party advertisements and outbound affiliate partner links (e.g. for student loan refinancing or scholarship searches). We may receive compensation if you interact with these partner links.

We do not control, endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, products, services, or lending offers. Interacting with third-party partners is solely between you and the respective partner, under that partner’s independent terms and privacy policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
